Child Policy

1 to 4 years – Complementary

5 to 10 years – Half Charges

11 onwards – Full Charges

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation may occur due to Natural Calamity there will be no refund under this cancellation. In these cases, the tour date will be rescheduled within the next 6 months under the availability of rooms. Within one week of the scheduled tour date if the advance amount remains unpaid/booking amount is not settled/no confirmation from the tourist then the tour will be cancelled. Under these circumstances no refund will be given.

Terms Of Agreement

For any type of confirmation 50% of the total booking amount should be paid by the tourist in advance. Cheque Deposit/ Online Payment / Cash Deposit will be accepted for advance booking. Valid identity and address proof will be needed during booking. In case of any price hike due to sudden increase of hotel tariff / Fuel charges / Taxes, the amount will be payable by the tourist. Any type of extra charges like permission and other tourist requirements will be charged from the tourist. The balance amount should be paid on reaching the destination or else the tour will be called off. During the check in valid identity proof is needed and if not presented the hotel may deny the booking. During hotel policies unmarried couples may not be given rooms. Any kind of accident/ theft / robbery is not our liability.
